Just when you thought meatball innovation had peaked, someone channels the late, great Macho Man Randy Savage and created Slim Jim meatballs.
While I’ve done a fair amount of cooking, I’ve never made meatballs. I’m not sure what that means in the grand scheme of things, but I thought you should know. It only makes sense that my first balls of fury should come in the form of Macho Man meat nuts. I’m going to make these for the Super Bowl, and we’ll see how they turn out. If you don’t hear from me next Monday, I’ve either died of food poisoning or my friends have made me their king. Those are the only two possible outcomes.
