John Rocker might hate blacks, queers, Asians and pretty much anyone who doesn’t speak English but one thing he’s no anti-Semite. In an article for World News Daily, Rocker defended the second Amendment and said Jews would not have been terminated if they had guns.
Mr. Obama wants to severely neuter the Second Amendment and disarm the law-abiding citizens of this nation, a similar act of tyrants throughout the 20th century such as Stalin, Mao and Hitler. Absolute certainties are a rare thing in this life, but one I think can be collectively agreed upon is the undeniable fact that the Holocaust would have never taken place had the Jewish citizenry of Hitler's Germany had the right to bear arms and defended themselves with those arms.
Rocker’s hardly the first person to make this argument. It’s a common talking point for staunch proponents of the second amendment. Whatever you’re feelings on the matter, may I remind you that Rocker once said this:
….Imagine having to take the 7 Train to the ballpark looking like you’re riding through Beirut next to some kid with purple hair, next to some queer with AIDS, right next to some dude who just got out of jail for the fourth time, right next to some 20-year-old mom with four kids. It’s depressing… The biggest thing I don’t like about New York are the foreigners. You can walk an entire block in Times Square and not hear anybody speaking English. Asians and Koreans and Vietnamese and Indians and Russians and Spanish people and everything up there. How the hell did they get in this country?
Just so we’re clear John, can the queer with AIDS carry a gun? How about those pesky Indians? I mean, the turban does seem like a good place to conceal a weapon.
