Congratulations are in order for J.J. Barea and Donald Sloan after getting nabbed under the new NBA flopping rule. The rule, enacted during the off-season was made to curb demonstrative behavior and overall tomfoolery that had become rampant in the NBA.
As this is their first offense, the two will receiving warnings. Subsequent violations will result in staggered fines.
