Congratulations; you’ve given birth to the shtick of playing bad video games on YouTube and bitching about it the entire time. So what next? Make a full length motion picture, that’s what.
I’ll be honest; despite being a huge fan of The Angry Video Game Nerd, I’m not totally sold on what I see above. I’d almost wish he went the route of Mystery Science Theater 3000, whose big screen debut was just another episode.
I personally think watching someone amble his way through a poorly programmed game while half drunk on Rolling Rock, but in a movie theater, is the recipe for fine cinematic experience. But that’s just me, I know.
At least he’s finally taking on the motherlode, what which is universally considered the worst game of all time, E.T. for the 2600. Plus Sarah Glendening appears to fit the role of the token hot redheaded nerd chick with the glasses quite nicely.
