Girl gives judge the finger during arraignment, gets what's coming Feb 5th 2013, 15:00 Miami teen Penelope Soto was going through a simple arraignment for crashing her bike while allegedly on some pills. But her crappy attitude combined with a sassy Latin judge ended up getting her into more trouble than she bargained for.
