Lindsey Vonn brutally wipes out, airlifted to hospital Feb 5th 2013, 17:40 Lindsey Vonn crashed during the World Championships in Austria and was airlifted out with what’s being called a significant knee injury. Vonn landed awkwardly with the right leg buckling underneath her. Here’s video of the crash. There were several delays on the course this morning due to fog but it doesn’t appear it played a factor in the crash. We’re one year away from the 2014 Olympics in Russia.
